Smathers & Branson is happy to accept returns or exchanges for any unworn or unused merchandise that isn’t monogrammed, special order, discontinued (final sale) or custom. Please let us know if you need help confirming your item is eligible for return or exchange. info@smathersandbranson.com

Returns

RETURN PORTAL

  • Only items purchased directly from our website are eligible for return.
  • Orders are eligible for return within 45 days of purchase. Store credit is available for returns made within 120 days of purchase. 
  • The cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund or credit.

 

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange one of our items for another size, pattern or product you have two options.

Option 1: Return Original Item and Repurchase New Item

  • We recommend returning your original item and purchasing a new one separately for the quickest process. 
  • Only items purchased directly from our website are eligible for return.
  • We can refund the original form of payment within 45 days of purchase. Store credit is available for returns made within 120 days of purchase.
  • The cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund or credit.

 

Option 2: Exchange Item using our printable form

EXCHANGE FORM

  • Once we receive your exchange, please allow up to 14 days for processing. We cannot guarantee the availability of inventory at the time of your exchange.
  • Orders are eligible for exchange within 120 days of the original purchase date. 
  • If exchanging for a higher-value item, please include your credit card information. 
  • Print and include the exchange form in your package. If you are exchanging a belt, do not include the wooden box. 
  • Ship the item back to us using the carrier of your choosing. We recommend saving your tracking number. We will cover shipping on your new item.
