Smathers & Branson accepts exchanges as long as the product is not visibly worn or damaged by the user. If the size you ordered does not fit properly, please send the belt (without the wooden gift box) back to:

Please include a note in your package indicating the size and style that you would like, in addition to a return address and telephone number. We will then send you the replacement belt as soon as possible.
Please carefully inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect merchandise, you may contact us at (301) 229-9436 or by email info@smathersandbranson.com and a representative will be glad to arrange a return or exchange for you.
Returns:
Smathers & Branson accepts returns for credit or refund (excluding shipping and processing charges) on purchases made directly through the company as long as the returned product is not visibly worn or damaged. For products purchased at trunk shows, Smathers & Branson accepts returns, but will deduct the commission paid (if applicable) to the event from the amount refunded. We are happy to exchange belts purchased through one of our fine retail stores.
Custom belts:
Smathers & Branson is unable to accept any returns or exchanges on any custom products.
